AI-Native Privileged Access Management for MSPs: Unveiling Panthera (Zero Standing Privilege)

Privileged access management for MSPs, rebuilt from scratch. This is the full unveiling of Panthera, CyberQP's AI-native PAM platform, including a live walkthrough of discovery, vaulting, password rotation, just-in-time access, and endpoint privilege management.

Real PAM isn't one product. It's eight phases of work spread across five or six tools, and most of it still runs by hand. So MSPs rotate a handful of accounts, move on to the next fire, and leave the rest of the risk sitting there. When an auditor or a cyber insurer asks what's actually covered, nobody has a good answer.

Panthera covers all eight phases in one platform. Describe the outcome in plain language in the Prompt Terminal, and it runs the work across your connected tools, gated by your policies, written to the audit trail.

Recorded live on August 20, 2026.

What we cover

• The eight phases of privileged access management, and where MSPs get stuck
• The Prompt Terminal: describe a task in plain language, Panthera executes it
• Continuous discovery of every privileged identity, human and non-human, with no imports
• A zero-knowledge vault CyberQP cannot read into, gated by passkey
• AI-built password rotation workflows scheduled by source, device, or user group
• Just-in-time access and zero standing privilege with manager approval and PSA ticketing
• Endpoint privilege management: elevation policies, app block lists, and removing local admin rights
• Why privileged credentials should never touch a frontier LLM like ChatGPT or Claude
• Deployment via RMM (NinjaRMM, Datto) or Intune, with no custom scripting

Covered in the live Q&A

IT Glue and Halo PSA connectors, passkeys versus rotating passwords, licensing and technician scoping, multiple AD domains and M365 tenants, Google Workspace support, the self-service password reset roadmap, migration from our current products, and release cadence.
