MSPs in the MSP-as-a-Service program can now buy, deploy and support Panthera, with NOCDOC's service desk and operations teams available to help run it.
NORTH VANCOUVER, BC, October 28, 2026
CyberQP today announced an alliance with MSP-as-a-Service (MSP-aaS), the operating model Summit Holdings built for MSPs and powered by NOCDOC. MSPs in the program can now buy, deploy and support Panthera, CyberQP's privileged access management platform, through MSP-aaS. NOCDOC's white-labeled service desk, security operations and network operations teams are available to help them run it.
An attacker who steals a technician's password gets everything that account can already do. If the account is a domain admin, or holds Global Administrator in every client tenant, one stolen login exposes every one of those clients at once. Most MSPs know their technicians hold more standing admin access than they need.
The fix is well understood: find the privileged accounts, vault and rotate the credentials, and give technicians access only for the task in front of them. The hard part is rolling that out across every client while the ticket queue keeps growing, and that is where many of these projects stall.
MSP-aaS brings technology, service delivery and operations staff together in one model. With Panthera added, an MSP can roll out privileged access management with an operations team behind it, rather than as one more separate project.
Through MSP-aaS, Panthera lets MSPs:
"For an MSP, privileged access isn't just a security issue. It's an operating-model issue that many start and few are able to finish and scale their efforts," said Juan Fernandez, CEO of Summit Holdings. "Your technicians need administrative access to do their jobs, but every standing credential and manual access process creates another risk to manage across every customer you support. With this alliance, partners can now put CyberQP to work through MSP-aaS, combining the security controls they need with the operational framework to make those controls repeatable. We're giving MSPs quick access to another way to strengthen security without making their businesses harder to operate."
"Privileged access is uniquely difficult for MSPs because technicians need to move quickly across many customer environments without turning broad administrative access into unnecessary risk," said Jim Jessup, COO and Co-Founder of CyberQP. "Our alliance with MSP-aaS combines the controls needed to discover, secure, manage and govern privileged access with an operational model designed for MSP service delivery. That gives partners a practical path toward reducing standing privilege while keeping technicians productive and customer environments supportable at scale."

CyberQP offers MSPs a complete, AI-native privileged access management platform. Panthera takes an MSP through the PAM journey, from discovering privileged accounts to just-in-time access, so its technicians can reach zero standing privilege across every client.
